Cargill transformed a complex, worldwide compensation system into an efficient and scalable process using SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. The new, streamlined and centralized system offers key information for Cargill’s goal of worldwide growth. Beginning with a decentralized compensation system with four different HRIS systems, three different compensation cycles, 12 different payout dates and more, this project was challenging on many levels. For example, simply moving to a centralized system meant the loss of customizations developed by several different stakeholders.
